Fresh and smooth dishes will be serving for lunch next week:
in La Verticale: “Nicoise style salad with grilled tuna and poached egg”, “Grilled chicken with lime”…
in Madame Hien: “Vegetable & fruit spring roll”, “Fish & herbs in tumeric juice”…
La Verticale & Madame Hien Restaurant will be close for Tet holiday from the Saturday, February 13th 2010 to the Tuesday, February 16th 2010.
The new summer menu is coming soon in La Verticale…
