“Madame Hiên” Café & Restaurant is now ready to welcome your lunch, snack, aperitif and dinner. All specialties from Vietnam are serving every day: Bánh Cuốn, Bún Chả, Bún Bò Saì Gòn, Huế spring roll, Lẩu, Bánh, Chè…
For the International women day, we will offer a glass of wine or a cocktail to every ladies eating in La Verticale and Madame Hien.

The first new creation from the spring menu will be serving for lunch: in La Verticale: “Tomate de la rivière rouge en soupe glacée, royal de fève cloutée à l’anchois et au caviar du jardin aromatisé à la citronnelle”…
Fish or meat like the Yin and Yang for every taste in Madame Hien: “Sautéed banana fish with young leek”, “Steam stuffed squid with turmeric” or “Braised pork with caramel”, “Duck with pineapple”.
The new spring menu is coming soon in La Verticale: Warm avocado, Canadian scallop sachimi and pumpkin seed oil / Blue crab compote and seaweed crumble, claw fritter and steamed crispy ravioli / Coconut with cinnamon and grappe, like a Baba cake, flavored with Old Rum Dillon…
Let’s say week-end: Located in 31 Van Mieu the House of Art is an interesting place to discover traditional sculpture and contemporary paintings...
